Membership software for yoga studios

A yoga studio's membership list is rarely uniform. Some people are on a rolling monthly, some bought a term, some come back every winter and vanish every summer. What makes that manageable is not a bigger spreadsheet — it is knowing, on any given morning, which handful of people are about to lapse.

What usually goes wrong

The four things that cost studios members

Memberships of wildly different lengths

Plans take any duration you type. A six-week beginners' course and a rolling monthly membership are the same kind of object here, just with different numbers.

Seasonal members drifting away unnoticed

Lapsed members stay on the list rather than disappearing, so the people worth a warm message in September are still there in September.

Chasing renewals feeling pushy

Reminders are a plain email a few days before expiry, on a schedule you set, and any individual can be opted out. It reads as a courtesy, not a sales sequence.

Not wanting money in the system at all

Plenty of studios take payment elsewhere and only want the roll. Switch payment tracking off and the whole product adapts — no prices, no revenue, no empty currency columns.

Vocabulary

It says members, not members

Choose Yoga Studio when you set up and every screen, button, empty state and toast adopts the language your studio actually uses. You can change it later without touching a single record.

Questions

Does it handle class booking or a timetable?
No, and deliberately. Member & Co. is a membership system — who is enrolled, until when, and who needs renewing. It sits alongside whatever you use for scheduling rather than trying to replace it.
Can I use a currency other than dollars?
Yes. Pick from twenty-seven currencies and amounts are formatted the way that currency is actually written, including grouping and decimal places.
What if someone renews before their current membership ends?
The new period starts the day after the current one finishes, so nobody loses days they already paid for.

Set up your studio

Two minutes, and the whole product will be talking about members.
