Questions
- Why is India priced separately?
- Because converting a dollar price into rupees at the day's exchange rate produces a number that moves on its own and bears no relation to what the Indian market actually pays. Indian businesses are billed in rupees at prices set for India; everywhere else is billed in US dollars.
- Does the currency I track my members in affect what I pay?
- No, and the two are deliberately unconnected. A London studio can record its members' payments in pounds and still be billed by us in dollars. An Indian academy can track its members in dollars and still be billed in rupees.
- What counts towards the member limit?
- Active and lapsed members on your list. Archived members do not count, so you never have to delete someone’s history to stay inside a plan. Archiving is available on the paid plans.
- What happens if I reach the limit?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing breaks. On a paid plan we simply tell you and you can move up whenever suits. On the free plan you keep everything you have already entered and everything keeps working — you just cannot add a new member until you upgrade.
- Can I use it without tracking payments at all?
- Yes, on every plan. Switch payment tracking off and prices, revenue and the payments screen disappear entirely — you keep members, expiries, renewals and reminders.
- Is my data mine?
- Yes. Your records belong to you and each business's data is isolated from every other at the database level, not just in the interface.
