Membership software for dance studios
Dance studios run on terms, and terms end all at once. That makes renewal season less a steady trickle than a wave — and a wave is exactly the situation in which a spreadsheet stops being enough and a list sorted by who lapses first starts being worth real money.
What usually goes wrong
The four things that cost studios students
A whole term expiring in the same fortnight
The dashboard bands people by urgency rather than listing them flat, so a hundred students ending within days of each other still reads as a plan of action.
Several styles at several prices
Each style and level is its own plan. Ballet on Tuesdays and hip hop on Saturdays can have entirely different lengths and prices.
Parents who need reminding early
Set a longer reminder window on longer plans — fourteen and seven days out, say — so families have time to decide before the term ends.
Wanting the roll without the finances
Payment tracking is optional. Off, the product is purely who is enrolled and until when; on, it records what was charged and what was collected.
Vocabulary
It says students, not members
Choose Dance Studio when you set up and every screen, button, empty state and toast adopts the language your studio actually uses. You can change it later without touching a single record.

Questions
- Can plans be longer or shorter than a month?
- Any number of days. A twelve-week term is 84 days, a six-week intensive is 42, and neither is a workaround.
- What happens when I change a plan's price?
- Only future enrolments are affected. Every past period keeps the name and price it was sold at, so last term's records never shift.
- Is there a limit on students?
- Plan limits are on the pricing page. The product itself is comfortable with a list far longer than a single studio will have.
