Membership software for gyms
Most independent gyms do not lose members because the equipment is wrong. They lose them because nobody noticed a membership ran out three weeks ago and nobody called. Member & Co. is built around that single failure: it puts the people about to lapse at the top of the screen, every morning, before they drift.
What usually goes wrong
The four things that cost gyms members
Renewals tracked in a register or a spreadsheet
Every membership has a real expiry date the system computes live. Nothing is a stale cell someone forgot to update after the last renewal.
Members who quietly stop coming and are never chased
The dashboard groups people by urgency — expired, expiring today, tomorrow, this week — so the calls you should make today are the first thing you see.
Front-desk staff losing track of part payments
What you charged and what you actually collected are recorded separately, so a member who paid half is visibly outstanding instead of silently settled.
Price rises rewriting old receipts
Each membership period stores the name and price it was sold at. Putting the monthly rate up next year changes nothing about last year's records.
Vocabulary
It says members, not members
Choose Gym when you set up and every screen, button, empty state and toast adopts the language your gym actually uses. You can change it later without touching a single record.

Questions
- Can I run it without tracking money at all?
- Yes. Payment tracking is a switch. Turn it off and every price field, revenue figure and payments screen disappears — you keep the member list, expiry dates, renewals and reminders.
- What happens to a member who leaves and comes back?
- Archive them and their whole history is kept. Restore them later and every past period and payment is still attached.
- Do reminders go out automatically?
- Yes, by email, at 9am in your own timezone, on the days before expiry you choose. A member who has asked not to be emailed can be opted out individually.
