Questions
- Does it track belts and gradings?
- Not as a dedicated feature. Each student has a free-text notes field that most academies use for grade and grading date, and the membership history shows exactly how long they have trained.
- Can I turn reminders off for one student?
- Yes. Reminders resolve in three tiers — academy, plan and student — and the student's own setting has the final word.
- Will it say members instead of students?
- No. Choose Martial Arts at setup and the whole interface says students and academy.
