Features
Built around one question
Who needs my attention today? Everything here exists to answer that faster, and to make sure the answer is never lost.
The dashboard
Grouped by urgency, not sorted by date
A flat list sorted by expiry makes you read every row to work out where today ends and next week begins. Member & Co. bands people instead, with the deepest lapse first — because tomorrow's expiry will still be there tomorrow, and the six-week lapse is the one actively becoming permanent.
- Expired, expires today, tomorrow, within a week
- Renew inline without leaving the list
- Call button on any record with a phone number
- Flags anyone with reminders off or no email on file

The rest of the product
History that cannot be overwritten
A renewal writes a new period; it never edits the previous one. Every renewal, lapse, return and historical price stays exactly as it was.
Live status, never stale
Active, expiring, expired and no-plan are computed from the end date every time you look, so no column can silently go out of date.
Three-tier reminders
Set a schedule for the business, override it on individual plans, and let any single member opt out. Sent once per period, never twice.
Optional payment tracking
Off, there are no prices anywhere. On, you record what was charged and what was collected separately, so part payments show as outstanding.
Plans you define
Any name, any duration, any price — or none. A twelve-week term and a rolling monthly membership are the same kind of object.
Your vocabulary and currency
Academies see students, gyms see members. Twenty-seven currencies, each formatted the way that currency is genuinely written.
Filters that live in the URL
Expiring in two days, on a particular plan, with reminders off — every view is a link you can bookmark or send to a colleague.
Works on the desk phone
The member table becomes a readable list on small screens rather than a wide table shoved sideways.
Isolated by default
Each business's records are separated at the database level with row-level security, not merely filtered in the interface.
Honestly
What it deliberately does not do
There is no class timetable, no booking engine, no access control and no workout builder. Products that try to be all of those end up mediocre at each, and most businesses already have something they like for scheduling.
Member & Co. does memberships: who is enrolled, until when, what they have paid if you care about that, and who needs a conversation today. It is meant to sit alongside the rest of your tools rather than replace them.
If you need a full club-management suite, this is not it — and we would rather tell you on the features page than after you have moved your data across.
